Water Damage on Three Levels

A pipe burst in the master bedroom on the second floor of this customers home. SERVPRO of Lapeer came in and removed all of the carpet on the first floor. The kitchen ceiling had to come down and the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and laundry room also had to be removed.The water managed to make its way to the basement and garage as well. Dehumidifiers where placed throughout the house to complete the dry out process before the remodel could begin. The images above show just a little bit of the exceptional work our crew did in the repair of this home.
