Fairgrove Presbyterian Church
Unfortunately, this church’s roof had not been maintained well over the years. After some time of continual leaking, and the ceiling plaster becoming more damaged from the water exposure; it finally collapsed. Due to the age of the building and the materials used when it was built, asbestos abatement had to be completed before repairs could begin inside the sanctuary. Once abatement was completed and the roof repaired, we were able to clean the interior of debris, remove and clean the pews, repair 6000 square feet of plaster and acoustic texturing, install new carpet and complete the remaining interior work.
The congregation was very happy to be back home!
