Fire Suppression Line Causes Major Water Damage
Creekside acres is a 4-season barn rental facility. They had a brand new fire suppression line installed that was left opened which in turn flooded approximately 2000 square feet of there facility. SERVPRO of Lapeer had to remove some water but focused mostly on the removal of drywall and wood baseboards prior to drying out the facility with our air movers.
Pay close attention to the placement of our air movers throughout the facility. This strategic set up is very important in order to create a vortex of air movement (room tornado) that is needed to reach every part of a wet room.
