Leaky Roof

This customer had some damage to his roof that created a leak in the ceiling. The damage to the roof was from a wind storm that happened over a month before the leak was found, once everything outside had thawed. It was leaking slowly from the light fixture in the laundry room. The linoleum flooring, the walls and ceiling were all wet and because the water had a chance to sit, mold was present. SERVPRO of Lapeer removed everything that was affected and treated the mold. New flooring and drywall was installed and the effected areas of the roof were repaired and replaced.
